CHCNAV TG63 is a professional 3D machine control system designed to revolutionize the efficiency of your earthmoving operations. The system combines two highly sensitive GNSS RTK antennas with advanced inertial measurement sensors (IMU) on the machine's arms and bucket. The operator in the cab can see the exact position of the bucket teeth in relation to the 3D digital model of the construction site in real time on a large, rugged display. With the TG63, you can dig quickly, safely and with centimeter-level accuracy, regardless of the complexity of the terrain.

Main advantages: 

• Dual GNSS RTK accuracy: Two antennas guarantee instant direction determination and precise position of the excavator, even when the machine is turning on the spot or working near buildings and trees.
• Advanced 100 Hz IMU sensors: The extremely fast response of the sensors ensures that the movement of the bucket is displayed on the display without any delay. The sensors are wireless, robust and resistant to vibration (IP68).
• Large 10" touch screen: The industrial terminal in the cab offers a clear 3D/2D view of the project. The software clearly handles massive CAD drawings (DXF/DWG) and complex digital terrain models.
• Tiltrotator support: The TG63 fully supports integration with tilt heads and rotary buckets, so precise guidance works at any inclination of the work tool
