CHCNAV Apache 3 Pro
Bathymetric survey completely directed by one person.
The CHCNAV Apache 3 PRO is a state-of-the-art, highly integrated autonomous surface vessel designed for hydrological surveying, riverbed mapping and water depth measurement. Its compact carbon fiber construction and low weight make it easy for one person to operate in the field.
The Apache 3 PRO combines advanced autonomous control with millimeter bathymetric accuracy, significantly increasing operational safety and eliminating the need to deploy conventional crew boats in dangerous or difficult-to-reach water areas.
Main advantages:
- Ultra-light and durable construction: The boat body is made of macromolecular carbon fiber and Kevlar composite. It weighs only a few kilograms, is extremely impact-resistant and can easily handle shallow water or densely overgrown riverbeds.
- Absolute autonomy and GNSS RTK: Thanks to the integrated network GNSS RTK receiver, the boat floats precisely along pre-planned lines with centimeter accuracy. The system automatically compensates for the influence of current and wind.
- Advanced anti-collision system: The Apache 3 PRO is equipped with a millimeter radar that detects obstacles (buoys, rocks, branches) in real time within a radius of 30 meters and automatically navigates around them.
- High-precision single-beam echo sounder: The integrated echo sounder provides continuous and highly accurate depth measurement, which is immediately linked to geographic coordinates.
- Real-time video transmission: The integrated HD camera transmits live video to shore, giving the operator a perfect overview of the situation on the water surface even at long distances
Apache 3 PRO also exists in the older Apache 3 variant.
